White Hall Arts Academy, an arts education organization providing workforce-development, had an established program model, substantive content, and experienced instructors. It needed a clearer delivery system so that valuable program knowledge could support consistent preparation and facilitation across instructors and settings.
Approach
EBS framed curriculum packaging as an implementation and capacity-building challenge, not simply a document-production task. The approach connects learning outcomes, lesson structure, facilitator guidance, participant materials, visual delivery, and instructor onboarding in one repeatable system.
The work builds from the expertise already held by program leaders, subject-matter experts, and instructors. Their examples, activities, and delivery knowledge provide the foundation for tools that make the program easier to teach without flattening the judgment and relationships that strong facilitation requires.
How we worked with the team
The engagement begins by clarifying learning outcomes and organizing existing content into repeatable lesson frameworks. This establishes a shared sequence and makes the purpose of each activity, example, and discussion more visible.
Subject-matter knowledge is then translated into facilitator guides, instructor scripts, and practical delivery guidance. These tools are designed to help instructors prepare and make informed choices during facilitation rather than forcing every instructor into a rigid script.
Slides, participant materials, and activities are aligned with the same outcomes and lesson flow. This reduces disconnects between what instructors present, what participants receive, and what the program expects learners to practice or apply.
Instructor-onboarding documentation completes the system by explaining how to prepare for and deliver the program. The retainer structure supports refinement over time as the organization uses the materials and learns from implementation.
Results
The scoped work brings curriculum design, material production, instructor preparation, and repeatable delivery into one system. Facilitator guides, instructor scripts, lesson frameworks, slide templates, participant-material templates, and onboarding documentation are all included in the engagement.
Together, these tools are intended to reduce dependence on individual instructor memory and give new and experienced instructors a clearer reference point for learning outcomes, lesson flow, activities, and delivery expectations.
The resulting infrastructure is designed to help the organization carry its program model across instructors and delivery settings while continuing to refine the materials as implementation experience grows.
